    Обычная проблема обычного нуба. Сервер не меняет карту, пишет это:

    У тебя у каждого названия карты формат файла bsp.
    Удали у каждой карты .bsp в gamemodes_server.txt, так как, сервер и так понимает формат файла карт и писать его не нужно.
